Rigorous, but effective – diet “900 CALORIES”

This diet is one of the most rigorous, but also the most effective at the same time. It is practiced in the case of extremely overweight or if you need to download a lot of pounds in a short period of time.

If you follow the menu, you can lose 4 to 6 kg in just 7 days. Normally, everything depends on your starting weight.

The yo-effect is still possible if you “throw” the old way of poor nutrition immediately after the end of the diet, so be very cautious.

Warning: This diet can cause stress to the body. Take a good look at the FOR and AGRO options and make a decision.

Diet with 900 calories per day is kept only 1 week, and no more! Exercise during a diet is not recommended because of the extremely low calorie intake.

What can not be eaten?
White pastry (with the exception of a small amount of rye bread)
All types of grease and oils
Jam, sugar, honey, chocolate, cakes and other sweet products
Fast food
Marinated, smoky and too salty dishes.
What can I eat in the 900 calorie diet?
Meat without fat (chicken without skin, fragrant and beef without fatty part)
Any kind of vegetables (excluding potatoes) and fruits (especially apple are useful)
Milk and dairy products with low fat content.
More frequent, but smaller meals are recommended. It is best to eat at least 5 times a day.
The minimum amount of pure water you need to drink during the day is 1.5 l.
You can drink coffee and tea, but without added sugar. You can take tea with lemon juice.
Keep away from all the drinks that have alcohol inside, sugar or are carbonated.
Weekly menu
Breakfast: piece of beef (about 100 gr), 20 gr peas, half an apple, coffee

Snack: 1 boiled egg

Lunch: vegetable soup, boiled meat (or steam) – 100 gr, 1 small cucumber, half a cup of fruit

Afternoon snack: big apple

Dinner: boiled or baked fish (about 100 gr), 3 tablespoons of cooked rice, cabbage salad seasoned with lemon juice.

Breakfast: a piece of beef (100 gr), coffee or tea

Snack: 1 egg, cooked or fried without oil, a cup of coffee or tea

Lunch: vegetable soup, chicken steak without oil (150 gr), 1 cup of fruit

Afternoon snack: fresh or roasted apple

Dinner: chicken steam (100 gr), a few leaves of lettuce

Breakfast: a piece of rye bread with 1 piece of ham, little apple, a cup of coffee

Snack: 1 boiled egg

Lunch: vegetable soup, 100 gr boiled fish, salad cabbage spiced with lemon juice

Afternoon snack: 1 big apple

Dinner: a piece of cooked beef (100 gr), 1 cup of tea with a little low-fat milk

Breakfast: Steamed fish (about 150 gr), tea or coffee

Snack: 1 boiled egg

Lunch: vegetable soup, piece of beef (100 gr), fresh cucumber, tea

Afternoon snack: 1 big apple

Dinner: boiled fish (100 gr), salad of cabbage spiced with lemon juice

Breakfast: 100 gr fish, tea or coffee

Snack: roasted egg without oil

Lunch: vegetable soup, 2 tablespoons of rice with meat of choice (150 gr)

Afternoon snack: small fruits (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, aronia … 200 gr)

Dinner: 1 boiled egg

Breakfast: Misirkin steak without oil (150 gr), coffee or tea

Supper: 200 ml of low fat milk

Lunch: 1 small bowl soup with carrots, 100 gr meat, optional steam, 2 tablespoons cooked rice and lettuce

Afternoon snack: small fruits (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, aronia … 200 gr)

Dinner: boiled meat (about 100 gr)

Breakfast: 1 cup kefir or low fat yogurt

Snack: cooked or steamed fish (100 gr)

Lunch: Vegetable soup, a piece of boiled chicken meat (150 gr), fresh cucumber, tea

Afternoon snack: 1 big apple

Dinner: 100 gr boiled chicken meat and 20 gr peas.

Note: Every day before going to bed you can drink some low-fat yogurt or eat a few tablespoons of sour milk with low fat. This will give you a pleasant sleep and easy awakening.

For whom is this diet not intended?
For pregnant women, nursing women, children under the age of 18, and chronic ill people.
If you have some kind of surgery recently.

You can only hold it for 7 days and no more, because it can be dangerous to health (loss of muscle mass and change in metabolism)
